Inspection of the product will be confirmed on a certificate issued by the Independent International Survey Company The Buyer shall be entitled to technically inspect the goods at destination, all expenses to be borne by Buyer.
The buyer has to open an IRREVOCABLE TRANSFERABLE
NON-OPERATIVE STAND BY LETTER OF CREDIT (SBLC) issued via Swlft MT760 by a PRIME WESTERN BANK.
Payment to be guaranteed by non operative SWIFT MT760 and 100% swift transfer upon arrival and re-inspection of the goods at destination port by SGS or its equivalent. The seller shall put up an Insurance Performance Bond of 2% to activate SBLC.

WARRANTY:
1. The buyer to issue LOI (Letter of Intent).
2. The Seller issues the FCO and the buyer signs and sends it back and then Seller's Bank can contact Buyer's Bank to get financial capa bility.
3. The seller issues the Draft Contract, along with MT 760 text for Buyer's approval.
4. The buyer signs and returns the Draft Contract.
5. The seller issues the Final Contract.
6. The buyer's Prime bank shall open SWIFT MT760
(Confirmation of Funds) to the seller's bank within 7 banking days after Final Contract is signed.
7. The seller's bank within 10 banking days after confirming the
MT 760 funds, will issue 2% iPBG via SWIFT to the Buyer's Bank. 8. The seller delivers the goods in accordance with contract requirements.
9. Payments for the goods by swift transfer within 7 days of receiving, presentation of shipping documents and re-inspection at destination port.
Seller guarantees that this product and promised quantities exist, and that the seller has the legal authority to supply, sell and export the product legally from the current
governing authority.
