1. Conference Call between Buyer/seller and Mandates 2. Seller issues Buyer Draft Contract for review (can issue ICPO to review first) 3. Seller and Buyer discuss, revise, and amend Draft Contract as needed 4. Buyer’s bank issues; MT700 Operative, Irrevocable, Documentary Letter of Credit to Seller’s London/African bank “At Sight” upon presentation of all documents to Buyer’s bank; May have to make two transactions one to London Bank (12.5% of the Value) and 2nd to African Bank (87.5% of the value) due to the threshold of the African account and red tape. 5. Seller’s bank will validate Buyer’s MT700; Operative, Irrevocable, Documentary Letter of Credit Documentary Letter of Credit to confirm all documentation required for payment “At Sight” and verbiage meets MT700 requirements as per Draft Contract, 6. Upon Seller’s bank validation of MT700: The Seller shall on Buyers request within ten (10) days after receipt of validated MT700, . The buyer acknowledges that in its entirety is subject to successful security clearance by the hosting country, its agencies that apply thereto and facility security clearance. The buyer shall hold the seller harmless for the failure of the buyer to provide a representative that cannot obtain appropriate security clearance at which point clause in its entirety shall not become a condition of payment. The buyer shall perform the on-site inspection at their own cost and risk holding the seller harmless for any act or action as a result thereof. 7. Upon Buyer’s approval per signed contract, vessel will arrive at destination port within 35-45 days of departure, and within 5 days of Seller’s bank validation vessel will depart Port of Discharge
